Eldorado seller rating and reviews: how to build a record buyers trust
Feedback is the currency that decides who gets the order on a crowded page. It is slow to build and fast to damage — and the shortcut some shops sell makes the problem worse, not better.

Why feedback decides who gets the order
On a page of similar listings at similar prices, a buyer's decision comes down to one question: which of these sellers will actually deliver? Completed orders and feedback are the only evidence they have. A seller with a long, consistent record is the safe choice, so they win the order even when they are slightly more expensive.
That is why a new profile struggles, and why building a record is the core task of a seller's first month rather than a side effect of it.
What buyers actually look at
- Completed order count — the headline number, and the first filter many buyers apply.
- Positive feedback share — a high percentage over a meaningful number of orders.
- Recent feedback — the last few weeks matter more than a year ago, because they show how the seller behaves now.
- What the comments say — mentions of speed and communication are especially persuasive.
- How negatives were handled — a calm, factual reply to a bad review can build more trust than it costs.
How to earn genuine reviews faster
- Pick orders you can deliver instantly. Fast delivery is the most common thing buyers praise.
- Describe listings precisely. Buyers rate against expectations; exact descriptions mean no unpleasant surprises.
- Communicate at the key moments — order received, delivered, anything unexpected. Short and clear.
- Close the loop after delivery. Confirm the order is complete and invite the buyer to reach out if anything is wrong. Many buyers leave feedback simply because they were reminded the order is finished.
- Fix problems before they reach feedback. A buyer whose issue you resolved quickly often leaves a better review than one whose order went perfectly.

Why buying reviews backfires
Some shops sell review packages — batches of feedback delivered to your profile. We do not, and it is worth being clear about why, because it is a tempting offer for a seller stuck at zero.
- It breaks marketplace rules. Fake and incentivised feedback is prohibited on escrow marketplaces because the whole system depends on feedback being honest.
- It creates exactly the patterns risk systems look for. Clusters of feedback from low-activity buyer accounts, arriving in bursts on small orders, look nothing like organic reviews.
- The penalty lands on the account. Removed feedback is the mild outcome. Restriction of the seller account is the serious one — and restrictions are covered in why Eldorado accounts get restricted.
- It misleads real buyers. Which is precisely why it gets enforced.
In several countries fake reviews are also a consumer-protection issue, not just a platform rule. The only durable record is one made of real orders.
Handling negative feedback
- Don't react immediately. Read it, work out what actually went wrong.
- Try to resolve it privately through platform messages — a replacement, a partial refund or a clear explanation.
- If you can reply publicly, keep it short and factual. Future buyers read the reply more than the complaint.
- Never retaliate, threaten or pressure. Asking a buyer to change feedback in exchange for anything is manipulation.
- Outweigh it. The best response to one bad review is the next twenty good orders.
Inherited feedback on an established account
Feedback belongs to the account, not the person running it. An account with an existing record — such as our Elite tier — starts past the empty-rating stage, but you also inherit what previous buyers said and what categories they said it about. Read through it before you list anything, keep delivering to the standard the feedback describes, and change categories gradually rather than all at once.
Common questions
How do I get more reviews on Eldorado?
Complete orders quickly and exactly as described, communicate clearly, and after delivery send a short message confirming completion and inviting the buyer to reach out if anything is wrong. Genuine feedback follows good orders; there is no faster legitimate route.
Should I buy Eldorado reviews?
No. Bought or fake reviews break marketplace rules, are the kind of pattern platforms look for, and can get an account restricted along with the feedback removed. They also mislead buyers, which is the reason the rules exist.
Can I ask buyers to leave positive feedback?
You can politely remind a buyer that the order is complete. Offering discounts, refunds or items in exchange for positive feedback, or pressuring buyers to change a review, is manipulation and against the rules.
How do I deal with a negative review?
Try to resolve the underlying problem with the buyer through the platform, respond calmly and factually if replies are available, and let a steady run of good orders dilute it. Arguing publicly draws more attention to it.
Does an account's feedback transfer if the account is sold?
Feedback stays attached to the account, so it travels with it. That is why established accounts cost more — and why you inherit whatever reputation the account already has.
An established record, audited before handover
The Elite tier comes with twelve months of age and a real completed-order history — not bought feedback.
